Hieronder de schriftelijke vragen die VVD-Tweede Kamerlid Ayaan Hirsi Ali aujourdjoui heeft gesteld over de bescherming van opiniemakers en kunstenaars aan de ministers van Justitie, vreemdelingen Zaken en Integratie en Binnenlandse Zaken:

دون الاسءله التي ففد تويدي ، عضو البرلمان ايان هايب علي اليوم سالت عن حمايه اصحاب الراي والفنانين الي وزيري العدل والاجانب امر والتكامل والداخليه : 1. هل فتشت عن ان الكاتب في صحيفه تحت السكك عاءشه عمر في 21 نيسان / ابريل ل الثاني (المغرب يتطلع الي) الشباب علي منزل في امستردام وقد نكل؟ هل تشاطر الراي القاءل شيجنليجك جدا حيث ان هذه المعامله التي تتزامن مع البيانات هي تنشط والكاتب؟ 2. هل قتا طويلا قد الكاتب بول كليتور ، '' ، خارج المحكمه ان "مكانه عاليه في وساءل الاعلام يسبب خطرا حقيقيا"؟ واوضح له ان يسحب نفسه خوف الناس من المناقشه؟ 3. هل لك ان تذكر حسناء محجوب ، الذراع مارودي في مجلس البحث القومي - handelsblad الخريف الماضي مع توقف طوابير علي كل انواع التهديدات عنوانه؟ هل كان ذلك سليطات اللسان خارج هذه التهديدات تشكل ردا علي اعمدتها؟ 4. هل اذكر لك ان الفنان المغربي رشيد هم علي بدايه 2005 ، واجهت تهديدات خطيره؟ هل هذه التهديدات تتزامن مع كسبوسيتي كارتونيسكي من الرسوم من جهه والكوبرا في متحف امستيلفين التي تشكل رد فعل علي اغتيال ثيو فان غوغ؟ 5. لم عددا من الفعاليات المغربيه لم يتجرا احد ونصف بعد اسبوع علي اغتيال ثيو فان غوغ وتونيلستوك 'وكله فليكرز في التلفزيون علي الخوف من اجل الانتقام؟ 6. هل تعترف بضروره اتخاذ تدابير من مغادره يسير وفق ما خطط الحر بوفينينغ الاداب وحريه النقاش في بلادنا؟ 7. كيف نقف في هذه اللحظه مع توتستاندكومين مشروع قانون حمايه اصحاب الراي في بلادنا؟ 8. اي تدابير اخري تجدوا ان تمنع في بلدنا البيءه (غالبا ناجحه) والتخويف نفسه


1. Heeft u kennisgenomen van het bericht dat de columniste van het dagblad Metro Ebru Umar, op 21 april j.l. door twee (Marokkaanse uitziende) jongemannen voor haar huis in Amsterdam is mishandeld? Deelt u de mening dat het zeer waar schijnlijk is dat deze mishandeling samenhangt met het gegeven dat zij actief is als columniste? 2. Heeft Paul Cliteur, geruime tijd columnist bij 'Het Buitenhof', aangegeven dat "een hoog profiel in de media een reële dreiging veroorzaakt"? Heeft hij ook verklaard dat mensen zich uit angst terugtrekken uit het debat? 3. Herinnert u zich dat Hasna el Maroudi, columniste bij NRC-Handelsblad, afgelopen najaar is gestopt met haar columns na allerlei bedreigingen aan haar adres? Was het buiten kijf dat die bedreigingen een reactie vormden op haar columns? 4. Herinnert u zich dat de Marokkaanse kunstenaar, Rachid ben Ali, begin 2005 is geconfronteerd met ernstige bedreigingen? Hingen deze bedreigingen samen met de expositie van cartooneske tekeningen van zijn hand in het Cobra Museum in Amstelveen, die een reactie vormden op de moord op Theo van Gogh? 5. Durfde een aantal Marokkaanse acteurs anderhalve week na de moord op Theo van Gogh niet het toneelstuk 'Het zijn allemaal flikkers bij de tv' te spelen uit angst voor represailles? 6. Onderkent u dat maatregelen moeten worden genomen om de vrije beoefening van kunsten en het vrije debat in ons land doorgang te kunnen laten vinden? 7. Hoe staat het op dit moment met het totstandkomen van een wetsvoorstel voor de bescherming van opiniemakers in ons land? 8. Welke andere maatregelen zult u treffen om te voorkomen dat in ons land een sfeer van (vaak succesvolle) intimidatie en zelfcensuur de overhand krijgt?

Have you inspected of reported that the columnist of the daily underground railway Ebru Umar, on 21 April j.l. two (Moroccan looking forward to) young persons for its house in Amsterdam have been maltreated?
